Chateau Roubine La Rosé 2018
This rose has a beautiful light salmon color with slight grey reflections. The aromas, particularly from the Grenache, begin with fresh grass clippings and grapevine flowers, and evolve into additional floral hints. On the palate, the mouthfeel is round, with a beautiful body and a crisp taste of aniseed or fennel flavored candy. The delicate La Rosé is crafted to touch the heart and inspire happiness.
||Cotes de Provence (AOP)
The wine comes from chalky, clay-soil vineyards within the Cotes de Provence. Harvested at night, the wine benefits from a maceration on the skin at 50° F (10° C) for up to 3 hours, to begin revealing all the fineness of this elegant rosé.
Suggested serving temperature is between 50 and 51.8° F (10-11° C). Excellent on its own, La Rosé is a fine pairing with a Bouillabasse or other fish stews.
